years, Larrie wrote a monthly column for publication in Business to
Business (B2B) magazine (Central Victoria). These articles attracted a wide readership and stimulated
discussion on a range of work/life related issues. Currently she writes a regular column "Bliss @ Work" for the
Bendigo Miner, a Bendigo community newspaper.
Larrie also writes a regular column in the Australian Local Government Job
Directory, a publication with a proud 25 year history of advertising Local
Government Jobs throughout Australia.
Prior to her
two businesses, Larrie, who was born in Perth, Western
Australia, had 20 years of varied
experience and approximately 35 jobs (if casual ones are included!) working in
most Australian capital cities. Working in private and government organisations
encompassing local government, legal and education, insurance and sales, finance, health
agriculture has resulted in accumulated experience that has proved extremely
valuable in helping clients look at options and solutions to career
challenges and change.
Professionally, Larrie is a member of CDAA (Career Development Association of
Australia), ICF (International Coach Federation), is MBTI® accredited
(personality profiling) and an NLP Practitioner (looking at possibilities for
people through changing mindsets). Larrie's accredited ICF coaching
training was "The Art and Science of Coaching" with Erickson College..
community involvement includes current membership and Past President of the
Rotary Club of Bendigo, Past President Peter
Harcourt Services, Past President Flora Hill Primary School Council, Past
President and Founder of AIOP (Australian Institute of Office Professionals) and
past member Bendigo Art Gallery Committee of Management. In 2003/04, Larrie was
Assistant Governor in Rotary District 9800 for the Goldfields Cluster Group.
Larrie is passionate about inspiring, empowering and
motivating others to follow their bliss and live their best life.
She enjoys presenting strategies for personal happiness and
well-being and professional success through coaching individuals in person and
by distance, coaching and consulting within businesses and organisations
throughout Australia and by facilitating workshops within businesses and
organisations and also small group workshops for private clients. Larrie
also enjoys inspiring larger audiences through her speaking engagements and
